THEEB8 is an eight-hour team fitness race from THEEBX. Every hour, on the hour, a 5.2KM run begins. Teams score points for every runner who finishes and for every 250M completed on the SkiErg or RowErg.

How many female athletes are required?

Each team must contain a minimum of 2 females.

Does every athlete need to run every hour?

No. A minimum of 2 runners per team must participate in each round. Who runs, and how many, is the team's decision.

How many runners must start?

At least 2 runners from each team must start every round.

How are running points calculated?

Each team member who successfully completes the 5.2KM run earns 5 points.

When can we start the SkiErg or RowErg?

Once the team's first runner returns, the team can begin working on the designated machine.

Which machine is used each hour?

The machines alternate each hour between SkiErg and RowErg. Hours 01, 03, 05 and 07 use the SkiErg. Hours 02, 04, 06 and 08 use the RowErg.

How is the winner decided?

Scores are tallied after every round. After eight hours, the teams with the highest cumulative scores finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
